Response has given Mary time to focus on the things that are important to her. She is using this time to connect with her family and friends and do the things she really enjoys like yoga and tai chi, which help her cope with stress. Mary is also using this time to prepare for her next relapse by researching and staying in regular contact with her specialists. She is also turning to other people living with multiple myeloma for their experiences to help herself prepare for what’s ahead. When she needs a boost, Mary turns to music to help her stay relaxed and grounded.
