Sam is currently on his third treatment regimen after two disease progressions and has had one relapse. He was not surprised at his relapse, as he had previously discussed it with his providers. While he was disappointed by the relapse, Sam was able to manage his feelings and develop a plan of action that fit into his goals and lifestyle.
